**Warranty Policy**

You can claim the warranty within the specified period if there is a manufacturing fault. The following conditions apply:

– The warranty is provided by the Manufacturer/Supplier/Distributor. If the product was sold in good working condition, the reseller/vendor is not responsible for any defects that appear later.
– If “Warranty Card Issued” is noted on the invoice, the customer must ensure they receive it along with the invoice. Without it, our customer support will not process the warranty.
– The manufacturer/supplier/distributor may reject any warranty claim if the original invoice is missing.
– Customers are strongly advised to check the product before leaving our counter, as the warranty starts once the receipt is generated. If any issues arise, the product will be handled through the normal warranty claim process.
– The manufacturer/supplier/distributor may reject claims for products/components that are broken or show signs of burning or rust due to weather conditions.
– Claims may be rejected if the product/component is not submitted in proper condition. It should be well packed in the protective material provided at the time of sale.
– Warranty claims for accidental damage or electrical surges will not be entertained.
– Computer hardware does not include software support. For information, refer to the manufacturer’s website directly.
– Claims may be rejected if the warranty sticker/serial numbers are torn or tampered with.
– Once a warranty claim is accepted, the product/component may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer/supplier/distributor. The return process may take 3 to 6 weeks.
– Conditional acceptance of warranty claims may occur if the defect is not clearly due to a manufacturing fault. The manufacturer/supplier/distributor has the final say in such cases, which may take longer than usual.
– Warranty does not cover dot appearance on LCDs/LEDs.
– The manufacturer reserves the right to change the warranty terms/conditions, with updates provided on the manufacturer/supplier’s website.
– Power adapters, cables, printer cartridges/toners, and additional accessories do not carry any warranty.
– For international warranty, products should be registered with the manufacturer, and the user must handle the warranty claim themselves according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
– Used hardware comes with a checking warranty only. Ensure the purchased hardware is in good condition before leaving the counter.
– Warranties are accepted from Monday to Friday between 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
– The PC has a full warranty as long as the PC case remains unopened. No component addition or removal is allowed during the warranty period without pre-approval from the service center.
– The manufacturer/supplier/distributor reserves the right to charge for upgrades if the product/component is discontinued. If the customer does not wish to upgrade, the manufacturer/supplier/distributor may refund the amount after deductions.
– Limited Warranty means the first year is free, and the remaining years are paid.
– If “Without Warranty” is noted on any item, please check the item before leaving the store, as we will not be responsible afterward.
